Egg Noodles recipe

 To make egg noodles, you'll need flour, eggs, and salt. Here's a simple recipe:

Ingredients:


2 cups all-purpose flour

3 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and crack the eggs into it.

Gradually mix the eggs into the flour using a fork or your hands until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles for about 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface.
