Home made easy pizza

Ingredients:


2 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

3/4 cup warm water

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, pepperoni, etc.)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add the olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture and stir.

Gradually add the flour to the mixture and knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired pizza size and thickness.

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Add your preferred tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings onto the pizza dough.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven, slice it, and enjoy your delicious homemade pizza!
