Raagi malt for healthy baby

Ingredients :


2 tablespoons of ragi flour (finger millet)

1 cup of water or milk

1 teaspoon of jaggery or sugar (optional)

A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)

Instructions:

In a pan, mix the ragi flour with water or milk, ensuring there are no lumps.

Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously to avoid any clumps, until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency. You can adjust the water or milk quantity to get the desired consistency.

If you want to add sweetness, you can mix in jaggery or sugar and let it dissolve in the mixture.

Add a pinch of cardamom powder for flavor if you like.

Once the ragi malt is ready, allow it to cool down to a suitable temperature before feeding it to your baby.
